Infinite’s coaching programs are designed specifically for the individual and range from 3 to 12 months, depending on the nature of the changes that the person wants to make and the degree of difficulty in the goals they set. Programs will typically include the use of diagnostics to ensure individuals have an accurate level of self-awareness. Additional feedback can also be sought through interviews or 360-degree feedback.
Any coaching program recognises the organisational outcomes required as well as the holistic care of the individual, so whilst sessions remain confidential with the participant, milestones and organisational objectives are also agreed with the organisation to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties.
